2.5. Resource Abuse: - Exceed usage limits for your subscription tier - Consume excessive bandwidth or storage - Deploy automated systems that generate excessive requests - Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

3.1. Investigation: We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

3.2. Actions We May Take: - Issue warnings - Temporarily suspend access - Terminate your account - Report violations to law enforcement - Pursue legal action

3.3. No Monitoring Obligation: We are not obligated to monitor your use but reserve the right to do so.
